Everything you need to process student photos and build ID cards. The heart of the tool is turning a raw phone snapshot into a clean, cropped, colour-corrected square headshot.
Fill modes. On the right, “Photo fills whole card” gives a full-bleed passport-style headshot (the default, matching a plain photo deliverable). Turn it off for a smaller framed photo with room for text fields below — for a full ID-card layout.
When you have a folder of raw photos (e.g. one class), process them all at once.
🙂 Auto-centre on face. Each photo is automatically detected and framed on the face for a consistent head-and-shoulders crop. When a face can’t be confidently found (e.g. an unusual or low-contrast shot), that photo safely falls back to a centred crop rather than a bad guess — so batch output is never worse than a plain centre. Face detection runs entirely in your browser; no photo is uploaded. The status line shows how many were face-centred vs. centred.
🏷️ File names are preserved exactly. With Same as original, 5.jpg comes back as 5.jpg — so a folder of 1.jpg, 3.jpg, 4.jpg… returns with the same names, ready to drop straight into your delivery folder.
Batch applies the same enhancement and framing rules to every photo. It shines when the raw shots are reasonably front-facing head-and-shoulders, as school photos usually are. For an unusual shot that the face detector can’t place, process that one individually in the main editor.
Mask the photo into square, rounded, rectangle, circle, hexagon or octagon — the preview updates instantly.
Ready-made fields (Name, Class, Section, Roll No, Admission No, School, DOB, Blood Group, Phone, Emergency Contact). For each you can:
Under Logos → + Add, upload a transparent PNG and drag / resize / rotate it anywhere. Use Card background to set the card colour and toggle a coloured accent bar.
